Clarifying ote

• The delivery time will be validated by the corresponding area when placing your order.
• The specifications, characteristics, products, colors, prices, as well as the photographs are true at the time of publication, but occasionally there are slight changes due to causes beyond our portal.
• In urgent shipments less than 24 hours an extra shipping cost will be charged.

Shipping policies

For SAME DAY shipments:

• It is necessary to have placed the order before 2:30 PM (central time) on the same day and pay an EXTRA cost of 250.00 pesos

Delivery Times

• Monday to Friday
  • They start at 8:00 AM and our last delivery is at 8:00 PM (Central Time)
• Saturdays and Sundays
  • They start at 9:00 AM and our last route leaves at 8:00 PM (Central Time).

Mother's Day and Valentine's Day

• The delivery time is between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM
• For the volume load there are no deliveries with special hours.

IMPORTANT.

• If the recipient is not found, we will contact the contact provided to resolve the delivery situation.
• In case of no response, we will deliver your order with someone close to you: neighbor, colleague or receptionist who identifies himself and says he knows the recipient.
• If no one can receive the arrangement, you will be notified to reschedule the shipment with the charge that this generates.
